Xanthan Gum
Xanthan gum functions as an exceptional rheology modifier in water-based systems and can be used in a variety of cosmetics application areas, including lotions, creams, shower gels, shampoos, shaving foams, face masks and make-up formulations.
This speciality ingredient is extremely versatile and compatible with many other commonly used Personal Care ingredients. It guarantees high solution viscosity even at low concentrations, stabilises the oil phase in oil-in-water emulsions used in lotions, suspends pigments, and maintains an excellent stability over a wide pH range
