In-Cosmetics Global Paris 2026 once again brought together suppliers and formulators from across the personal care industry. Our team attended the event to explore the latest ingredient innovations from our partners, identify emerging trends, and connect with suppliers, gaining valuable insights from across the show floor. This article highlights key product launches from our supplier partners, alongside the trends shaping the future of personal care.

Evonik showcased a broad portfolio of ingredient innovations at In-Cosmetics Global 2026, with a strong focus on barrier health, longevity, and high-performance formulation.
Barrier-focused innovation was central to Evonik’s launches.
- SPHINOHANCE® Clear- A fusion of glycolipid and ceramide technologies that enables ceramide incorporation into clear, water- and surfactant-based formulations. It enhances deposition on skin and hair, making it well suited to rinse-off applications while supporting hydration, sebum balance, and improved scalp condition.
- Calmamelis®- A PGG-rich botanical active offering soothing and anti-inflammatory benefits for sensitive skin and scalp.
Evonik also highlighted longevity-driven actives targeting key mechanisms of skin ageing.

- Biomimetic Beauty – Inspired by Nature’s Design- A concept centred on skin-identical ingredients such as ceramides and collagen.

Lubrizol highlighted versatility and performance across a range of personal care applications.
- Olikemia™ 7S Polymer- A versatile oil thickener suitable for use across skin care, sun care, and colour cosmetics, supporting formulation texture and stability.
- Arbalon™ RC76- A cationic-compatible cellulose offering suspension and rheology modification, particularly for hair care applications.

Sensient showcased a range of high-performance ingredients with an emphasis on colour innovation, naturality, and formulation efficiency.
- Covamic AS (range of 4 pigments)- Ready-to-use dispersions of mica and mineral pigments, offering improved sensory feel and eliminating the need for grinding or pre-dispersion.
There was also a focus on extending product stability and performance.
- Covabsorb EF- A synergistic combination of antioxidants and UV filters designed to protect colour, fragrance, and texture, supporting overall formulation longevity.
Natural and sustainable colour solutions remained a key area of development.
- Natpure® Xfine Midnight GB620- A 100% naturally derived blue pigment from Gardenia flower, offering vibrant, stable colour for cosmetic applications.

Stepan highlighted regulatory and formulation challenges, reflecting the increasing importance of compliance and safer formulation practices.
- Bioterge® AS40HASB Surfactant-Based Formulation- Presented as part of a session addressing challenges related to EUDR compliance and 1,4-dioxane, focusing on safer and more sustainable surfactant solutions.
