This will enable us to offer tailored support to our customers, through more specialised market, product, regulatory and formulation knowledge alongside an accelerated rate of product innovation, whilst strengthening customer relationships and ensuring close alignment with our principals’ strategies.
New Leadership Roles
New leadership roles have been created which will oversee the Personal Care and Home, Industrial and Institutional (HI&I) Care market sectors. Within Personal Care and Cosmetics, and HI&I, we maintain industry-leading knowledge, a global ingredient portfolio and an experienced technical team. Forming market focussed teams in our Technical and Account Management functions will further enable us to provide an industry leading service and customer focus.
Jason Dearden-Watts has been appointed as Head of Personal Care, with John Heywood Head of Home, Industrial and Institutional (HI&I) Care. Their key responsibilities will include managing our Account Management and Technical Development teams.
These recent appointments also coincide with further significant investment in increased technical and laboratory resource. Together, these changes will offer greater scope for specialised formulation development.
