Sarah’s story is one of immense bravery and determination. In May 2016, a relatively minor training accident led to horrifying injuries for her, resulting in a spiral fracture of her left femur. In the space of little more than a year, Sarah went from being unsure whether she would lose the leg to being back on the start line of a World Championship event.
