What is Cold Processing?
Cold processing is a greener production method whereby cosmetics products can be emulsified at room temperature without the need to heat ingredients to degradation.

Heating water is not required for emulsification droplet formation. To put this into perspective, traditional methods involve heating water and oil phases to temperatures as high as 80-90°C for emulsification. There also is no requirement for a long cooling processes
